Thank you for your interest in performing at the 2026 Germantown Festival! Please complete the following application to be considered as an entertainer on the Entertainment Stage. Important Need-to-Know Information for Applicants:
- A limited number of performance slots are available, so we encourage you to submit your application early.
- Applications open Jan. 1 and close on March 31, at midnight.
- All applicants will be notified of the selection decision by June 1.
- Performance time will be assigned closer to the event date, but please be aware you will be assigned a time between
- Sept. 12, 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sept. 13, noon to 6 p.m. Time slots will vary.
- This is a charity event. There will be no compensation for your performance.
- All entertainers are responsible for their own equipment, sound check, setup and takedown. There will be a professional sound crew with a backline provided by the festival.
- You will be given one courtesy parking pass. Any further vehicles will be up to the applicant to find and pay for parking.
