Simply Stated Creations, LLC (DBA Simply Stated Markets) and its staff are not responsible for any personal injury, damage, or loss of any nature. Simply Stated Creations, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken merchandise. Simply Stated Creations, LLC is not responsible for any accidents occurring in booths or caused by displays, products, or unsafe conditions. These are the responsibilities of the vendor, who must also carry their own insurance.
Booth Fee Policy:
By agreeing to this contract, I acknowledge and agree that all booth fees are non-refundable once vendor selection is made, regardless of circumstances. Please review this policy carefully before applying, as it will be strictly enforced.
Event Attendance:
I understand that if I am unable to attend a market for which I applied, I must provide no less than one month’s notice. Failure to do so may affect my eligibility for future events.
Sales Tax Responsibility:
It is the vendor’s responsibility to collect and remit sales tax on all items sold.
Liability Agreement:
By selecting 'I agree' on this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Vendor Contract. I acknowledge that Simply Stated Creations, LLC and its staff are not responsible for any personal injury, damage, loss, or accidents related to my booth, displays, or products. I understand that all booth fees are non-refundable once vendor selection is confirmed, and I agree to abide by all terms and policies outlined in this contract.
