Vendor & Food Truck Application

Complete form below to register to be a vendor or food trucks at the Vandergrift Pride. Scheduled for Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 12pm-6pm.

Limited number of vendor spaces available!

Once you submit your application and payment information, your application will be reviewed by the Pride Committee. If accepted, your payment will be immediately processed. If we do not accept your application, your payment will not be processed and we will notify you of this decision. We will add you to a waiting list in case of cancellations or spots becoming available.

We will continue to accept applications, and send out acceptance messages, until our spaces are filled.

SECTION FOR FOOD VENDORS ONLY

I understand that food being sold by Food Trucks/Booths at Vandergrift Pride must come from appropriately licensed commercial kitchens. Proof of liability coverage and certification must be available for display.

*This is an outdoor event. Outdoor spaces are 12x12. Rain or shine. Cancellation of event only in the case of severe weather. *

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, tents, weights and anything else needed for their set-up. There is no electric at the park.
