    Vendor Participation & PoliciesThank you for your interest in vending at The Art Walk, Love: The Prelude. As this is our inaugural event, we are intentionally setting clear guidelines to ensure a smooth and elevated experience for all participants. All vendor submissions and payments are final and non-refundable. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, and any setup materials needed for their booth. Vendors have a 6ft space allowment. Please ensure your setup aligns with the overall aesthetic and flow of the event. Any changes to your vending setup or offerings must be communicated in advance for approval. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that preparedness and professionalism are essential to the success of this showcase.
