Service Fee Information

All inquiries include planning for one destination, one set of travel dates, and up to three vacation options. Each inquiry also includes up to two revisions.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Solo (1 person)= $50&#13;&#10;2-4 people= $70&#13;&#10;5-9= $90&#13;&#10;10 or more people= $150 flat rate &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Excursion options or  recommendations are provided complimentary upon trip booking, if desired.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Extras&#13;&#10;Dates= $15 &#13;&#10;Different Departure Cities= $10 per city &#13;&#10;More than 2 revisions= $25&#13;&#10;Rush Fee= $30  (up to 5 days turnaround)&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Destination Wedding = Please ask about fee. &#13;&#10;

If amount of people increases, the difference has to be paid.

Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable service fee is required for all inquiries and must be paid before services begin. You will receive a response within 48 hours of submitting this form, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods when I am on vacation. Payment is accepted via Zelle or Apple Pay only; payment details will be provided after your inquiry is confirmed.

The standard turnaround time for trip planning is up to two weeks and will be communicated accordingly. Expedited service may be available for an additional rush fee. If no decision or communication is received within 30 days after trip details are provided, a new service fee will be required to resume services.

For a smoother and more seamless trip planning process, it is recommended to plan at least 4–6 months in advance of your departure date, if possible. This allows sufficient time to make payments and secure your trip with a deposit, if applicable. Please note that prices are subject to change until a payment is made.

If travel insurance is declined, a waiver must be completed, and additional charges may apply for any changes or cancellations.
