All Sponsorship payments, Company information, and Company logo submissions MUST be received by FEBRUARY 11, 2026, to guarantee the timely completion of printwork materials.

PayPal, Venmo, & Zelle Payment Options

• Sponsorship Payments submitted using PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle must include the Age Division, Sponsored Team Name, and Coach's Name in the Payment "Memo" Section. Please attach payment confirmation at the bottom of this form.

 

Checks

• Checks are accepted. 
• Checks must be made payable to: KGSA
• Please include the Age Division, Team Name, & Coach's name in the "Memo" Section
