PARTICIPANT RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

SLOWMOTION

A SLOWBLOOM Wellness Experience in Partnership with ASICS

For purposes of this Participant Release and Waiver of Liability (“Release”), the “Event” means SLOWMOTION, a wellness event presented in partnership with ASICS as part of the SLOW*BLOOM event series and produced by Go Outside Friends, LLC, taking place on January 16, 2026, at studio-ism, 1925 W 62nd St, Unit 3, Los Angeles, CA 90047, including all activities occurring at the Event location on the Event date, such as but not limited to movement, music, sound, breathwork, workshops, guided experiences, light refreshments, and all related activities.

In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in the Event, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, movement, exposure to sound, use of shared or public spaces, and consumption of food or beverages. These risks may include personal injury, illness, emotional or physical discomfort, property damage, or other loss.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or related to my participation in the Event. I represent that I am physically and mentally able to participate and agree to participate at my own pace, to listen to my body, and to discontinue any activity if I experience discomfort, pain, or distress.

2. MEDICAL CONSENT

I authorize Go Outside Friends, LLC, ASICS, and Event personnel to obtain emergency medical care on my behalf if, in their reasonable judgment, such care is necessary. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all costs associated with such medical care and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, their successors, and assigns from any claims related thereto.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Go Outside Friends, LLC, SLOW*BLOOM (an entity of Go Outside Friends, LLC), ASICS, its affiliates and subsidiaries, the Event venue and property owners, performers, instructors, contractors, volunteers, staff, and their respective officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind, including those arising from negligence (except for gross negligence or willful misconduct), arising out of or related to my participation in or attendance at the Event.

This release applies to claims for personal injury, death, property damage, or any other loss, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event.

4. PHOTO, VIDEO & AUDIO RELEASE (GLOBAL / IN PERPETUITY)

I grant Go Outside Friends, LLC, SLOW*BLOOM, ASICS, and their respective affiliates, partners, licensees, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in connection with the Event (“Recordings”). I further grant the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit the Recordings, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, publicity, social media, internal use, editorial, and archival purposes, without further notice, approval, or compensation to me.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content and release the Released Parties from any claims arising out of the use of the Recordings.

5. NO EXPECTATION OF COMPENSATION

I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation, royalties, or other consideration for my participation in the Event or for the use of any Recordings.

6. PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal property while attending the Event, and the Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
