We accept applications from farms year round. That said our open application window from 1/5/26-1/27/26 is the easiest time to apply as we are focusing on new applications at this time. Applying later in the year can result in longer processing times for your application.

2025 Membership Fee Structure
The annual fees to be a member with RVGCM are as follows:
- $125 annual membership pledge
- $25 per 10 x 10 booth space/ market attended March-April.
- $30 per 10 x 10 booth space/ market attended from May-November
Please note there is a one time application fee of $25. There is no fee to fill out this form, you only pay an application fee if your application advances to a phone interview with our review committee.
Your business must be located in Jackson, Josephine or Siskiyou County.
If your farm offers value added products such as baked goods, jams or other items via the farm direct bill those will need to be reviewed on a case by case basis.
