Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Assistant Organizer to support hands‑on organizing projects, client sessions, and behind‑the‑scenes preparation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, loves helping people, and thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with in‑home organizing sessions, decluttering, sorting, and system creation
Support packing/unpacking and move‑related organizing projects
Help implement organizational systems designed by the Lead Organizer
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment in client homes
Labeling, product placement, and light cleaning as needed
Track supplies, assist with product sourcing, and prep materials for sessions
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Uphold the Align With Anthony brand values and client experience standards
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of order
Ability to lift, move, or carry items as needed during sessions
Comfortable working in various home environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Positive attitude, discretion, and professionalism
Experience in organizing, home services, or customer service is a plus but not required
Schedule & Compensation
Flexible, project‑based schedule depending on client bookings
Compensation based on experience and project type
Average Rate: $13-$15/hr
