  • Please note - this section is only for solo presentations, workshops, and discussion groups, and using slides is entirely optional even for those categories. We do not accept slide presentations for panel discussions, firesides and interviews.

    If you would like to present slides, please send Pippa a copy of your presentation slides by March 2nd.

    The slide format should be 16:9, in a ppt. file, and we ask that you please bring a back-up copy on a USB on the day.  

  • Audio Visual Equipment - The standard audiovisual set for the meeting room will include a lectern with a microphone and chairs for each panellist.

    Each panellist will have their own lapel mic, or handheld microphone if preferred. A laptop computer, projector, screen and wireless remote (for advancing slides) will also be provided for sessions that include a Power Point or other visual presentation.

    Note: Presentations will be run from the laptop at the A/V tech table in the back of the session room.

  • As a speaker of the event, we will register you on your behalf.
