The McNab Stockdog Foundation
TMSF Registered Breeders use this notification form to notify the Foundation of litters born to TMSF Registered parents. This notification helps the Foundation confirm parentage when new dog owners submit a registration for their McNab stockdog. This also helps the Foundation appreciate the level of breeding activity within the TMSF community.

Breeders are encouraged to provide a printed copy of this form to new McNab owners.
