Body Language Seminar - What Is Your Dog Thinking?

Lunch Break is Noon until 1pm - Lunch is NOT provided but we do have a microwave and refrigerator you may use upon request.

This seminar is INDOORS with bathrooms and is heated!

All dogs welcome (even the spicy ones) but you MUST crate in your car...absolutely ZERO exceptions! Dogs MUST be on a 6' (or less) leash and be wearing a correctly fitting collar and/or harness at all times when in the building. You MUST have control over your dog at all times - any dog that is "out of control" will be asked to go back to the car for safety reasons with the final decision being made by Erin.

Bring a COMFY chair for yourself!

Cost: Working Spot is $100 for a dog/handler team with audit spots $25 each!

I hereby release and agree to hold Youngblood Animal Massage Therapy LLC/Youngblood Properties/Owner/Employees/Trainers/Instructors from any personal injury, damage or injury to any dog owned by me, including any liability, cost or expenses associated with any activity at the address of 310 S Main St, Wilkinson Indiana 46186. I am assuming all risks and responsibility for accidents and damage to myself and/or my property or to others resulting from the actions of my dog. I hereby agree that no member or any staff member of Youngblood’s Natural Animal Care Center and Massage shall be held liable under any circumstance for damages or injury.

Furthermore, I agree that I am attending an event, training, seminar, rental or call at YAMT at my own risk and will take full responsibility for my own health and safety during any of the above-listed activities.

Further, my dog(s) is current with all required vaccinations and/or titers that my breed requires and is in good health.

NOTE: There will be no refunds offered for any training class unless there is a medical reason and/or veterinary note.

*If trainee is a minor then a parent of legal guardian must sign – A liability form must be signed by each handler/assistant.
