    ⚠️ CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULE POLICY

    Life happens, I totally get it. But to respect both of our time, I require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled session.

    • 🔸 If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, 25% of your scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.
    • 🔸 For no-call/no-shows, the fee is 50% of the scheduled service.
    ✨ Important: If you need to downgrade your appointment to a service that costs less, that change also needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise, I’ve still held that time for you and the fee will apply.

    All clients are required to keep an active payment method on file via Square.

     
    🎨 FANTASY COLOR + CORRECTIVE COLOR POLICY

    These projects are tailored to fit each person’s unique goal for their hair. I require a deposit equal to 25% of your quoted price when you schedule your appointment and the remaining 75% is due when you come to see me!

     
    🎯 SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

    My goal is for you to walk out of the salon feeling aligned, empowered, and in love with your hair. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment so I can offer a complimentary adjustment if needed.

    ⚠️ Adjustments do not cover major changes or a full shift in direction — those would be booked as a new service and priced accordingly.

    This space is built on trust. Anything shared in my chair — whether it’s about your hair, your chart, or your life — stays between us. I do not share or disclose client information, conversations, or contact details. Your privacy and emotional safety are as important to me as the work we do together.
