  • VENDOR LOAD-IN

    We accept all vendors 3 hours prior to event start time. Parking attendant will be on-site and will direct you to vendor parking after you unload. Do not park in guest parking. Spaces will be reserved prior to arrival with vendor place card. Vendors approved will have to provide their license plate and car model for parking passes 3-days prior to the event.
  • 3-day Event

    All vendors may leave their product and displays overnight. This is an indoor and outdoor show. Product will be safely stored in the event building and will be locked overnight. Outside vendors may leave canopies and tables. The lighting is dim inside, we ask that you bring extra lighting for your displays. Electric access is limited. Please confirm if you require the use of electricity and we cannot guarantee you will all be able to plug-in. Be prepared to supply a source of power if needed.
  • VENDOR CONTRACT:

    Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Once category has been filled, we will remove from this list. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs and displays. No canopies or frames of canopies will be allowed.Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2025. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Exhibitors MUST be styled and appropriate to the event.

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.

    Marketing booth fees for these events are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
