  • Online Event Planner: Let’s Plan Beauregard Parish’s 2026 Together!

The Greater Beauregard Chamber of Commerce invites businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools, clubs, civic groups, and community leaders to participate in our 2026 Community Event Calendar Planning Meeting. This collaborative effort brings everyone to the table to share upcoming events, festivals, fundraisers, programs, and activities planned for 2026. By working together, we can avoid overlapping dates, strengthen participation, and create a more organized and impactful year for our entire parish. If your organization has events already scheduled—or ideas still in the planning stages—please come prepared with tentative dates, concepts, and details you may already have on the books.👉 Please complete the online JotForm with your event information. Submitted events will be added to the official Greater Beauregard Chamber of Commerce Community Calendar, which is open to the public and accessible to Chamber members. This shared calendar helps promote your events, improve community awareness, and prevent scheduling conflicts throughout the year. This is your opportunity to collaborate, coordinate, and contribute to a smoother, stronger, and more connected Beauregard Parish.
  • If additional Event Dates are needed, simply complete an additional jotform.
