  • How to Participate
    Agents interested in having a property included on the caravan must complete the registration form using the link below.

    🏡 No Listing? No Problem!
    You are encouraged to join the caravan even if you do not currently have a property to show. Touring is a great way to stay connected with the market, preview inventory, and network with other proactive REALTORS®.

    If attending without a listing, please REGISTER and select “Tour Only” in the Property Type field so we can accurately plan the tour.

  • ⚠️ Important Reminders:

    • North Port Caravan takes place on the last Tuesday of each month
    • Space is limited
    • ONE (1) listing per licensed agent
    • Agent must be in FULL attendance on caravan day

    Submission Deadline

    • Deadline: Noon on the Sunday prior to the Tuesday tour
      Late submissions cannot be accepted after this time

    Once your registration is submitted:

    • You will receive an immediate acknowledgment
    • Final placement confirmation and routing-time information will be emailed by Monday morning prior to caravan
    • This allows ample time to coordinate access for occupied properties

    Caravan Day Details

    • All listing sheets and feedback forms are provided
    • Simply show up and be ready to tour
    • Pre-tour meeting begins promptly at 8:30 AM
