The Close Circle is committed to upholding the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All information regarding your event, including design concepts, vendor collaborations, and personal details and identity, will be treated with the utmost care and will not be shared with any third parties or other clients without your explicit consent. This ensures a personalized and secure experience for each of our valued clients.
Deposit and Payment
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure the requested date for events booked at least one month in advance.
For events booked under two weeks of the event date, it is acknowledged as an expedited booking fee and requires 50% to 75% deposit depending on the event date.
The deposit does go toward your final balance and your remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before the event.
2. Additional Fees
Travel Fee: A $75 travel fee is applied to any and all final balances
Cleaning Fee: A $70 cleaning fee can be added if post-event cleanup is needed
-Please note: If Rental Items are being used for an event either in home or for a hotel room the cleaning fee will be automatically added.
3. Hotel Room, In-Home, Airbnb Decorating
The Client is responsible for securing bookings, unless stated as an added-on service, and the client has received permission from the hotel for any decorations.
Our CEO name, Genesis Nobles, must be added to the hotel reservation for us to receive a copy of the key to begin decorating. This will be returned to the desk after service is complete. For Airbnb reservations, please make sure your Airbnb ha keyless entry. We must recieve that entry information the morning of the service date.
The Company is not liable for:
Damages resulting from decoration setup or removal.
Fees or penalties imposed by the hotel for noncompliance with their policies.
The Client agrees that any necessary adjustments to decorations will be made to adhere to hotel policies. Additional charges may apply for changes requested on-site.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All deposits are non refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less prior to the event will be subject to 15% of the final balance due for any non-refundable costs (ex: materials, permits, or third-party deposits) incurred before the request. Please see ‘Event Changes’ in final contract for our postponement policy.
