Welcome to the "On The Line" Fishing Request Form!

Please complete this form to request a spot for one of our fishing excursions. Once your request is submitted, you will be contacted by Jeff "Catfish" Bartlett, our experienced fishing guide. Jeff will confirm your dates, discuss accommodations, and provide all necessary information regarding location and scheduling.

Who Can Participate:
Our fishing trips are open to service members, veterans, their families, and patriots. To qualify, the service member or veteran must accompany their family or friend on the trip.

Important Details:

First come, first serve.
Priority is given to new participants (those who have not participated in the last 6 months).
