Seaside Village BIG KIDS Summer Camp 2026

Summer of 2026 at Seaside Village Preschool

Join us for our fourth fun filled summer of exploration at Seaside Village BIG KIDS Summer Camp! Seven themed weeks (themes may be subject to change) are being offered to children ages 5-7, entering grades K-2. (If you have an older child who is interested, reach out before signing them up). The camp will run from June 22nd-August 20th, Monday-Thursday from 9-3:30 daily. Please note that we will be off for a week in July and a week in August to spend time with our own families and there won't be Big Kids camp the week of August 24th as it's too challenging to staff with all of my college employees heading back to school! Each week will offer water play, art projects, walking field trips in Camden, morning and afternoon snack time, lunch, and so much more! The children will guide much of the explorations and studies, and create lasting friendships with a close knit group of children. While each week has a theme, this camp sways from the theme quite often and the exploration is dependent on what field trips I am able to schedule. Historically we have spent several days at Laite Beach, been out on the Olad for a sail, out on The Periwinkle for a lobstering experience, visited the Camden Hills Park, spent time in both the Camden library with Ms. Amy, spent an entire week doing service projects around Camden, and so much more!

It's extremely important that your child be up for lots of walking adventures everyday, be able (and willing) to stay with our group and be excited to participate in a variety of activities. We are a small program and staffed as such. If your child requires extra assistance during the school year, this might not be the best fit for your family as we just don't have the staffing to provide one-on-one services. Safety is our number one priority!!

Tuition for all Non-Seaside Village students is $350 per week Seaside Village students pay $300 per week. You can choose to enroll your child for any number of weeks or for the whole summer!

Summer camp enrollment is limited. Enroll your child today by filling out the summer camp registration below and submitting your payment in full via Venmo to @Jennessa-Tyler. Your child's immunization record are required and can be attached to this registration form or sent by email to seasidevillagepreschool@gmail.com.

Camp Supply List (Everything needs to be labeled):

- Bathing suit (a 2-piece suit works best for both boys and girls for toileting)

- Longsleeve rashguard for sun protection

- Sunhat (and sunglasses if they will wear them)

The total payment is due with your application ($350/week for all campers, $325 for current Seaside Village Students). A $100/week non-refundable deposit is included in the payment for each week. The full payment needs to be included with this application or paid for through Venmo (@Jennessa-Tyler) to secure your child's spot. ALL cancellations need to be made prior to June 1st for reimbursement (deposit is not reimbursed).

I understand that I must be honest about my child's health in order to protect the health and safety of all those at SSV summer camp. I understand that if my child has a fever then he/she must be fever free for 24 hours without any fever reducing medication before he/she is able to return to SSV. I also understand that if my child has a consistent cough, a runny nose with color, or a stomach ache, they will not be allowed at camp.
