0-6 year olds: 

Registration-9:00am-10:00am

PAGEANT STARTS AT 10:30am 

7 and up:

Registration: 12:00pm-1:00pm 

PAGEANT STARTS AT 1:30pm

DOORS OPEN AT 7:00am for H&M

This pageant consists of BEAUTY ONLY.
Entry fee: $100 (includes optionals: prettiest hair, prettiest eyes, most beautiful, prettiest attire.

THERE IS A $25 deposit REQUIRED WITHIN 24 hours of submitting this entry form. If we do not receive the deposit within 24 hours, your entry form will be archived.

We will have 4 overall winners per breakdown (Overall Most Beautiful, Novice Supreme, Mini Supreme and Overall Grand Supreme). These are $60 for all 4. ALL FEES CAN BE PAID TO CASHAPP ($crowntownga), VENMO (@crowntown-ga)

YOU ARE ENTERED IN ALL 4 OPTIONALS + ALL 4 SUPREMES FOR $160! 

ALL FEES HAVE TO BE PAID IN FULL BY APRIL 15! 

PLEASE NOTE: 

EVERY contestant is required to turn in 3 items for 5 Loaves & 2 Fish at registration! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER WITHOUT THIS! You DO not have to be competing to turn items in, so please encourage anyone coming to watch to donate as well! The contestant that turns in the most items will be awarded on stage with a special gift! We want this to be so successful for our community. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICTURES OF ITEMS NEEDED! The contestant that turns in the most donations will be awarded with a crown! 

Sponsorship
Sponsor queens are queens who raise $300 for the benefit we choose. For Miss Spalding County 2026, our benefit is 5 Loaves & 2 Fish here in Spalding County. This organization is available for anyone who does not have the means to purchase food for their families. Each contestant who raises $300 will be crowned “Sponsorship Queen”. The contestant who raises the most will be our Miss Spalding County 2026 Ambassador. Tickets are $5/piece and you can find the tickets and print them at www.crowntownga.com. The $300 to qualify for sponsor Queen is due NO LATER than April 10! You may continue to sell tickets up until the day of the pageant to compete for ambassador.

 

EACH BREAKDOWN WILL HAVE A PEOPLE'S CHOICE WINNER. This is $1=1 vote. 
The contestant that has the most votes per breakdown will win our People's Choice crown & gift. 
ALL VOTES ARE TO BE SENT VIA CASHAPP ($crowntownga) OR VENMO (@crowntown-ga) with contestants name & "people's choice" in memo. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE CONTESTANT'S NAME IN THE MEMO, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO APPLY THE PROPER CREDIT!

 

 

GUESS WHAT? Our 2026 AMBASSADOR IS WINNING A BEAUTIFUL PINK HULKEN BAG! 

Age Divisions/ Entry Fee
Each contestant will receive 1 free admission armband. Each additional armbands are $10 for 6+. Age divisions are:

Baby (0-11 months),

Toddler (1-2 year old),

Tiny (3-4 year old),

Little (5-6 year old),

Young (7-9 year old),

Junior (10-12 year old)

Teen (13-15 year old)

 Miss (16-19 year old),

Ms. (20-30 year old),

Elite Ms. (31-45 year old)

If we do not have more than 3 contestants in Ms/Mrs. by April 1, these divisions will combine.  

 

Contestants shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, treating fellow wecontestants, organizers, staff, judges, and others with courtesy and respect and refrain from engaging in any behavior that may bring discredit or harm to the pageant or its reputation.
Contestants shall refrain from bullying behaviors, including those based on different backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs represented by the contestants, judges, organizers, and audience members and refrain from engaging in any discriminatory or prejudiced behavior.
Contestants shall exhibit good sportsmanship throughout the pageant, both on and off the stage, by displaying respect and support for their fellow contestants and refraining from negative or unsportsmanlike conduct, such as cheating, spreading rumors, or undermining the efforts of others.
Contestants shall uphold the highest standards of integrity and honesty in all aspects of the pageant, including during interviews, performances, and interactions with the public.

Contestants shall seek clarification from the organizers if they have any questions regarding the rules or requirements of the pageant.

Disruptive behavior before, during, or after the pageant may be considered a violation of this Code of Conduct.
Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all prizes and awards won, and suspension of further participation in any and all Crowntown Production events.
