  • READ THIS. You just agreed that you will bring ALL of the following PPE and Tools:

    • Welding Helmet
    • Safety Toe Work Boots
    • Welding Gloves: Process-specific (additional work gloves optional).
    • FR Cotton or Denim Pants
    • FR Cotton Welding Shirt and/or Jacket
    • Cotton Welding Cap
    • Safety Glasses
    • Earplugs
    • Grinding Face Shield
    • Chipping Hammer
    • Wire Brush
    • Pliers, Channel Locks, and/or Vise Grips

    Please Select the number of hours and if you want to enroll in free online welding curriculum. You WILL NOT be charged at this time. We will review your application, if approved, you can book and pay for your booth rental package in our Square platform.

  • Optional Independent Study Resources Available:
    Users may opt to enhance their booth rental time by engaging in self-guided studies using any applicable welding resource. We recommend the following resources (free or for purchase) to ensure your skills align with our shop’s safety standards and industry expectations:

    • The Safety Standard: ANSI/AWS Z49.1 (Free PDF download).

    • Free Welding Theory & Modules: Miller Openbook™ (Free account).

    • Technical Guides: Lincoln Electric Educational Resource Center (Process-specific articles).

          Long-Term Booth RentalThis booth rental includes access to the VCOE Welding & Testing facility and use of our multi-process welding machines. This is a facility rental and not a CTE course. This rental includes access to ASTM A36 carbon steel plate material and related consumables. *Additional fees will apply for pipe materials, and/or aluminum, stainless steel, or any other material.
