Assumption of Risk. I understand that firearms training involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in training activities, handling firearms, using ammunition, and being present on the range or training premises.

Release of Liability. I release and waive all claims against E3 Personal Defense & Safety, LLC, (including InHER Piece), its owner, affiliates, partners, instructors, employees, agents, and assistants for injuries, damages, losses, or death arising from my participation in training or use of the premises, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless E3 Personal Defense & Safety, LLC, (including InHER Piece) and its representatives from any claims, lawsuits, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my actions, participation, or failure to follow instructions or safety rules.

Legal Eligibility to Possess Firearms. I certify that I am legally permitted under federal and state law to possess and handle firearms and ammunition. I affirm that I am not prohibited due to any criminal conviction, court order, mental health adjudication, or any other legal restriction.

Physical and Mental Fitness. I confirm that I have no physical, medical, or mental condition that would impair my ability to safely participate in firearms or personal defense training.

Compliance with Rules and Instructions. I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to follow all range rules, safety procedures, and instructor directions at all times. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from training without refund.

Use of Photos and Video. I grant permission to E3 Personal Defense & Safety, LLC to photograph or record me during training and to use such images or recordings for lawful purposes, including education, marketing, and promotional materials, without compensation.

No Guarantee of Outcomes. I understand that firearms training does not guarantee personal safety, defensive success, or legal outcomes, and that I am solely responsible for my actions during and after training.
I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, known and unknown, inherent or otherwise, associated with my participation in this training activity. My participation is purely voluntary, and I hereby fully and forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue E3 Personal Defense, its owners, officers, instructors, agents, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind, whether based in tort, contract, statute, or otherwise, arising out of or relating to my participation in this activity or my use of E3 Personal Defense's equipment or facilities. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this agreement in its entirety and agree to be legally bound by its terms.
