We’re nominating women for extra–ordinary reasons, and the hyphen matters. We’re celebrating extra + ordinary: women who do the everyday things with uncommon heart, grit, and consistency. Because “ordinary” isn’t actually ordinary when you’re balancing work, family, friends, health, goals, and a million invisible responsibilities. A lot of women carry more than anyone sees, and make it look like “just life.”This nomination is for the women who show up anyway. The ones who choose kindness when they’re tired, lead without needing credit, and keep going when things are hard. Their lives might look normal from the outside, but the way they live them is extraordinary. If you know a woman whose presence makes life better in quiet, steady ways… nominate her.
