  • 3rd Saturday Flea Market by Junk 'N' Disorderly

  • The 3rd Saturday Flea Market will be held every 3rd Saturday, March thru October at the Times Square Mall in Mt Vernon, IL.  Show hours are 9am-3pm

    Set up times are as follows:  Friday evening before the event from 5pm-8pm and Saturday morning from 7am-9am (These times are tentative and could change if needed by the mall staff or to meet vendors needs)

    Spaces are 10x10. Vendors must provide their own tables and display items. I prefer No canopies unless it is a vital part of your set-up. Please let me know below if you need to use a canopy. Some single 10x10 spaces will be irregular. If you need an actual 10x10 please specify below.

     

    You will only need to fill out this form one time for the entire season.  If you want to add dates, just notify me to make sure I have space and send in the booth fee.

    DEADLINE for payment is the SUNDAY before the event by midnight. No exceptions.  

    REFUNDS.  If you signed up for 6 or fewer dates, I will refund prepaid fees with a 10 day notice.  You can also rollover your fee to another date if I have space. 

    If you signed up for the entire season (7-8 dates), I do not offer refunds for individual dates but if you have a life event or the flea market just isn't for you and you can't finish out the year, I will refund you for the remaining dates. (10-day notice of the nearest date appplies).

     

     

     

     

     

  • We accept the following payment options. Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, Check or Cash.

    Checks can be made to Daphne Reeves and be mailed to Daphne Reeves, 10175 N Puckett Lane, Mt Vernon, IL 62864

    Cash/Checks can also be dropped off at 'The AUX' located inside the Times Square Mall next to Glik's. You can leave payment with anyone there.  They can be trusted. Please put it in an envelope with my name and your name on it somewhere so I know who it is from. 

    If you want to pay electronically, please type your electronic payment info in the appropriate space below and I will send you a payment request.

  • SPACES WILL NOT BE HELD WITHOUT ADVANCE PAYMENT.
    Payment is required to confirm your participation. If payment has not been received, you are not considered confirmed and a space will not be reserved for you.

    In the past, vendors have signed up and then decided not to attend without notifying me. I am no longer able to follow up or check in individually.

    Only paid vendors will be placed on the layout and assigned a space.
    No payment = no spot.

  •  Once your form is received I will contact you to let you know I received it and confirm that I have a spot for you. If you are mailing payment, please don't drop it in the mail until you hear from me. If you are paying electronically, I will send the request for electronic payment.   Please remit fees within 10 days of receiving the confirmation email to secure your spot. If you need more time, please just communicate with me. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks (my bank charges me)   Booth is ONLY SECURED BY PAYMENT.  Deadline to sign up and pay is the Sunday before the next event.

     

    Vendor Agreement & Acknowledgment

    The event host reserves the right to accept, refuse, or remove any vendor at their discretion.

    I understand and agree that neither the event host nor the venue is responsible for loss, theft, damage, personal injury, or accidents incurred during the event.

    No illegal items or substances may be sold, displayed, or consumed at the event.

    I understand that submitting my registration form electronically constitutes my agreement to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

    I understand that my booth fee secures my spot at the event and that spaces are not held without payment.
