Once your form is received I will contact you to let you know I received it and confirm that I have a spot for you. If you are mailing payment, please don't drop it in the mail until you hear from me. If you are paying electronically, I will send the request for electronic payment. Please remit fees within 10 days of receiving the confirmation email to secure your spot. If you need more time, please just communicate with me. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks (my bank charges me) Booth is ONLY SECURED BY PAYMENT. Deadline to sign up and pay is the Sunday before the next event.
Vendor Agreement & Acknowledgment
The event host reserves the right to accept, refuse, or remove any vendor at their discretion.
I understand and agree that neither the event host nor the venue is responsible for loss, theft, damage, personal injury, or accidents incurred during the event.
No illegal items or substances may be sold, displayed, or consumed at the event.
I understand that submitting my registration form electronically constitutes my agreement to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
I understand that my booth fee secures my spot at the event and that spaces are not held without payment.
