Apply to participate in a creative portrait session in Port St. Lucie , Florida on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us identify participants who are interested in a creative portrait session. If we think you may be a good fit, we will contact you as soon as possible. Due to the number of submissions we receive, we will not be contacting everyone directly. If you are shy or not comfortable in front of camera this is not for you. We need very confident & outgoing expecting moms for this model call.

Please fill out the form honestly and in full. You will receive a response via email if you are chosen. By filling out this form, you acknowledge that a $50 non-refundable fee is required if you are selected, makeup and hair will be included with this fee, and you will receive 6 High-Resolution Images. There is no obligation to purchase anything additional.

We are experimenting with posing, lighting, and set techniques that will require patience, periods of standing, and a reasonable amount of movement. If you are experiencing a difficult pregnancy or your care provider has advised you to limit your physical activity in any way, we suggest you book our regular maternity session.*
