This information will be used on our website and event forms. Please complete this entire questionnaire with as much detail as possible. Approved vendors will be emailed an approval letter along with an invoice to secure booth by credit/debit card. Payments due within 24-hrs to secure space at the event.

  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2026. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Setup begins 2 hours before market opens (parking is allowed in surrounding areas at no additional fee). Vendors responsible for removing all trash from their area. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, and signage. No electric access will be provided. Pre-packaged food vendor opportunities are limited and subject to further venue approval and may require additional permits.

Your market approval will be emailed in addition to this contract if chosen. Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable (SPOTS ARE LIMITED. PRIORITY GOES TO LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES, FINE ART AND HANDMADE. ALL OTHERS MAY APPLY FOR THE OPPORTUNITY)*

  • Do you need social media design, or promotional service support? We can make a featured post for you and share your business on our media feed and story shares. Businesses with our branding support receive shared viewers, larger content views and gain new followers interested in their products or services.*
  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Booth Specifics:

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. Outdoor vendors canopy spaces must have weights for each leg . Wind could be gusty at times; plan accordingly. We will monitor the weather and provide updates. Vendor responsible for removing all trash from rented space or will be subject to a trash removal fee of $50 and may prohibit vendor from future acceptances for NorCal Makers events.
