VENDOR NOTE:

Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2026. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Setup begins 2 hours before market opens (parking is allowed in surrounding areas at no additional fee). Vendors responsible for removing all trash from their area. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, and signage. No electric access will be provided. Pre-packaged food vendor opportunities are limited and subject to further venue approval and may require additional permits.

Marketing Booth Reservation Fee. This is in a paved parking lot. RAIN WILL RESCHEDULE THIS MARKET. No REFUNDS FOR EVENTS CANCELED OR POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS. Do you need social media design, or promotional service support? We can make a featured post for you and share your business on our media feed and story shares. Businesses with our branding support receive shared viewers, larger content views and gain new followers interested in their products or services.

We have the right to change your vendor space if you arrive less than one hour prior to event start time. Spaces are provided by us and are subject to change due to last minute cancellations or other circumstances at the market.

If you are unable to attend and/or cancel last minute, your booth fee is non-refundable. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss the event you forfeit your payment made. No exceptions. All fees are used per production for print, sponsored ads, staffing other networking events, software, insurance, entertainment, event supplies and other forms of advertising and media.

Acceptance Terms:

Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Booth Specifics:

You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. Outdoor vendors canopy spaces must have weights for each leg . Wind could be gusty at times; plan accordingly. We will monitor the weather and provide updates. Vendor responsible for removing all trash from rented space or will be subject to a trash removal fee of $50 and may prohibit vendor from future acceptances for NorCal Makers events.

Vendors are required to post and tag both @norcal.makers and @t.b.g_events on Instagram/Facebook at least 2x the week of showcase. This will increase views and gain new followers or attendees. Vendors that do not do this usually have less successful shows.
You agree that you will not hold the event venue/organizers of TBG Events, LLC or Four Legs Brewing responsible for any personal injury, damages, thefts or shortages.
We are not liable for profit/loss at our events. Vendors are responsible to maintain their spaces and cleanup their areas after the event. Please sign here! Your signature is your agreement to the terms outlined in this event contract. Let's get this application completed!
