Mailed or otherwise delayed payment:

Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment receipt date is date of registration, pay appropriate amount if mailing payment near a cost change deadline. Attendees must be PA-NOSS members or members of neighboring NOSS state chapters. New members are welcome! It is an additional $30 membership fee as applicable if renewing or joining.

Early registration is through February 28th: $140 ($170 if renewing membership or joining as well)

Regular registration is through March 31st: $160 ($190 if renewing membership or joining as well)

Late Registration: After March 31st: $175 ($205 if renewing membership or joining as well)

Student Attending with Presenter: $40 (no membership fee required)

Online registration closes about a week before the conference, but on site registration will be available at the $175 rate. It is an additional $30 membership fee as applicable if renewing or joining = $205 total.

REFUNDS:

Refund requests must be written and emailed no later than April 1, 2026. All requests should be directed to PADEorg@gmail.com. No refund will be given for membership dues or late fees. Approved refunds will also incur a $20.00 processing fee.
