Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in this epoxy resin class involves the use of epoxy resin, pigments, tools, and equipment. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, fumes, cuts, or other injuries, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Epoxy Resin & Chemical Exposure: I acknowledge that epoxy resin materials may produce odors or fumes and may cause allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. I confirm that I do not have any known medical conditions or sensitivities that would prevent safe participation, or I choose to participate at my own risk.
Safety Compliance: I agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Sun City Sawdust staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the class without refund.
Liability Waiver & Release: I release and hold harmless Sun City Sawdust, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in this class.
Clothing & Personal Property: I understand that epoxy resin is permanent and may damage clothing, shoes, or personal items. Sun City Sawdust is not responsible for damaged or lost personal property.
Food-Safety Disclaimer: I understand that epoxy resin is decorative and Sun City Sawdust does not guarantee the finished piece to be food-safe. The completed board is intended for decorative or light-use purposes only.
Curing Time & Pickup: I understand that my project requires curing time and will not be available for same-day pickup. I agree to pick up my item within the designated pickup window. Items left beyond the stated timeframe may be disposed of.
Age Requirement:I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or I am the parent/legal guardian providing consent for a minor participant.
Photo & Marketing Release:I grant Sun City Sawdust permission to photograph or video the class and use images for marketing and promotional purposes.
Refund Policy:I understand that class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
