❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within that window are subject to a fee of 50% at the owner's discretion. In the case of illness or emergency situations, please call or text 302.703.7503 as soon as possible.

In cases where a client cancels more than 4 times within a 6 month period, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required for future bookings.
