    一、網上報名
    Online Registration

    比賽章程以官方網站（https://www.genrockfest.com/general-4）為準，請先仔細閱讀。The Competition Rules and Regulations published on the official website

    參賽者須於 指定報名期限內，透過本會之網上報名表格 完成報名程序。
    所有賽事 不接受逾期報名，不論任何原因，均不獲接納。
    賽事一經成功報名，不得轉讓或取消；如因任何原因缺席或退出比賽，已繳交之報名費概不退還。

    Participants must complete the registration process through the official online registration form within the designated registration period.
    Late registrations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
    Once registration is confirmed, it is non-transferable and non-refundable. No refund will be made for absence or withdrawal for any reason.

    公佈時間表及注意事項
    Schedule Announcement & Important Notices

    參賽者須自行定期查閱官方網站及相關平台之最新公告，一切資料以官方網站公布為準。
    本會不設個別通知，因未有留意公布而引致之任何後果，概由參賽者自行承擔。

    The Organizer will announce the detailed competition schedule, grouping arrangements, and relevant notices prior to the competition on the official website and social media platforms.
    Participants are responsible for checking the latest announcements regularly. All information published on the official website shall prevail.
    No individual notifications will be issued. Any consequences arising from failure to review announcements shall be borne by the participant.

    三、分組賽及總決賽安排
    Preliminary Rounds & Grand Final Arrangement

    各分組賽將於 2026 年 4 月 舉行，比賽 有可能安排於學校上課時間內進行。
    各分組之優勝者將獲得 晉身總決賽資格，詳情以本會公布為準。
    如個別組別參賽人數不足，本會有權安排 合併比賽或取消該項目，一切依本會最終安排，不得異議。

    Preliminary rounds will be held in April 2026 and may be scheduled during regular school hours.
    Winners of each category will be eligible to advance to the Grand Final, subject to the Organizer’s announcement.
    The Organizer reserves the right to merge categories or cancel an event if the number of participants is insufficient.

    四、參賽資料及核實
    Participant Information & Verification

    參賽者須確保所有報名資料 真實、準確及完整。
    本會有權要求參賽者提供相關證明文件，以核實參賽資料（包括但不限於 出生年份或姓名）。
    如參賽者未能按本會要求提供有關證明，本會有權 取消其參賽資格，而一切已繳付之款項 將不獲退還。
    證書將根據報名時所填寫之 英文全名 製作，如資料有誤，賽後 不設更改。

    All registration information must be true, accurate, and complete.
    The Organizer reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify participant information (including but not limited to year of birth or name).
    Failure to provide the required documents may result in disqualification, and all fees paid will not be refunded.
    Certificates will be issued according to the English full name provided at registration. No amendments will be made after the competition.

    五、資料更改
    Amendment of Information

    賽程公布後，如參賽者之個人資料有誤，請於 7 個工作天內 電郵至 info@genrockfest.com 或 WhatsApp 2117 8345 通知本會。
    逾期提出之任何個人資料更改申請，將收取 行政費港幣 $150。

    After the competition schedule is announced, any error in personal information must be reported within 7 working days by email to info@genrockfest.com or via WhatsApp 2117 8345.
    Late requests for amendments will be subject to an administrative fee of HKD $150.

      Individual Competition Category and Repertoire

    • 表演一首完整曲目（2–4 分鐘內完成）。
      Perform one complete piece within 2–4 minutes.
      參賽者須自備個人樂器（例如結他、低音結他、烏克麗麗等）。
      Participants are required to bring their own instruments (e.g. guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, etc.).
      主辦方提供：鼓組、數碼鋼琴、音響系統及人聲麥克風。
      The organizer will provide a drum kit, digital piano, sound system, and vocal microphones.

    • 樂隊參賽項目及曲目

      Band Competition Category and Repertoire
      • 由 2–6 位成員組成
        Consisting of 2–6 members
      • 樂器不限（包括主唱、電結他、木結他、低音結他、鼓、鍵盤等）
        No restriction on instruments (including vocal, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass guitar, drums, keyboard, etc.)
      • 演出一首完整曲目，長度為 2–4 分鐘
        Perform one complete piece with a duration of 2–4 minutes
      • 參賽者可同時報名個人項目及樂隊組（須分開填寫報名表格）
        Participants may register for both individual and band categories. Separate application forms must be submitted.
      • 樂隊成員可跨校參賽
        Band members may participate across different schools.
      • 全隊樂隊成員須屬同一院校組別
        All band members must belong to the same institution category.
