Payment

A $600 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. You may either pay in full or divide your balance into 2 scheduled payments. If you are making scheduled payments, the list of dates are as follows: $1400 of your remaining balance is due 15/05/2025 and the remaining balance is due 01/08/2026. Payments can be made by direct bank transfer to Diane Robertson (VIBE HIGH with Di)
Liability Waiver, Terms, and Conditions

Payment and Cancellation Policy: To reserve your space a $600 non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations after registration will be refunded at 75%, minus the non-refundable deposit payment of $600. Cancellations within 90 days prior to departure will be refunded at 50%, minus the non-refundable deposit payment. Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing and sent via email. There is no refund for any unused portions of the tour, including but not limited to, Taxi transfers Delhi-Rishikesh-Delhi, missed meals, hotel nights and sightseeing. Tour rates do not include airfare to Delhi. You will need a valid passport (with at least 6 months until expiration) and a Visa to travel in India.
Insurance and Liability:

Because taking any trip can incur delays and changes, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment and yourself. We recommend Southern Cross Travel Insurance. https://www.scti.com.au/
Waiver:

I understand this contract and agree to release Diane Robertson (VIBE HIGH with Di) from any responsibility of loss, damage, or injury that may occur on this trip. I agree to assume all risks associated with this trip including, but not limited to, costs resulting from travel delays, damage to myself and/or my property, or any incidents occurring out of the control of Diane Robertson, as well as any activities not associated with Diane Robertson. I agree that I have been given the suggestion and opportunity to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.
Photography Waiver:

During Sattva Summit and VIBE HIGH with Di experiences, photos and short video moments may be captured to celebrate the community, connection and energy of the event. By registering, you acknowledge that you may appear in this content, which may be shared on Sattva Summit or VIBE HIGH with Di / Calm Club social media platforms, websites, or other promotional spaces. We always aim to represent our community with respect and care, and if you have any concerns, you are welcome to speak with us at the event.
