  • Q: What’s the best way to enquire about a tattoo?

    The best way to enquiry is by sending me a DM on instagram or filling out the enquiry form in my bio (@beccashawtattoos) or dropping me an emails (beccaangrybadger@gmail.com). I generally check my instagram and enquiries the most.
  • Q: Do I have to make an appointment?

    It is best to book an appointment to guarantee you can get in. On the occasion I have a last minute appointment become available it will be advertised on my Instagram.
  • Q: Do I have to pay a deposit/booking fee?

    We ask for an initial payment to secure an appointment. This fee comes off the final cost of the tattoo. This can be done via bank transfer or cash to the studio. This is non-refundable. If you need to rearrange I’d need a minimum of 2 weeks notice or else the deposit won’t be honoured if I can’t fill the slot. If you cancel with 2 days notice or less then you’ll lose your booking fee regardless. If you do not turn up to your tattoo you will lose your booking fee. No dates are secured without the booking fee.
  • Q: How does the design process work? What if I change my mind?

    I do all designs to be ready for the day, as it’s a lot easier to check over the design together in person. Any changes can be done then when we are in the studio. If you change your mind on any part of the original idea please let me know as soon as so it allows me time to adjust the design before you come in.
  • Q: How do touchups work?

    For general touch ups, due to set up costs, I have to charge for touch ups if you’re coming in solely for the touch up. If you’re getting a new tattoo with me I can touch up the previous tattoo for free. Touchups for coverups can happen as sometimes the original tattoo comes through a little and we need to give it another hit, and this would be charged.
  • Q: Can I get tattooed if I’m breastfeeding or pregnant?

    Unfortunately we cannot tattoo you while pregnant or breastfeeding, if we are aware that you are either we reserve the right to refuse service and the deposit will retained for loss of earnings. 
  • Q: How do I look after my tattoo?

    All aftercare instructions will be given before you leave the studio. If you want a copy sent to you via Instagram, email or text then I can do that for you too. Any extra questions about aftercare can be asked before you leave the shop or can be messaged to me.
