CLASS OF 2027… It’s Your Turn!

***There are only a limited number of spots available on our Senior Team, and applications close Tuesday, March 24th.***

First off—thank you so much for your interest in becoming part of the CMTR (Capturing Moments to Remember) Senior Team. We are truly excited that you’re considering joining our premier senior portrait experience here in Central Texas.

This application is your first step toward becoming part of a fun, authentic, and intentionally designed senior team created to celebrate you and this unforgettable season of your life. Please take a few minutes to complete the application below and tell us why you would love to be part of the CMTR Senior Team—and what makes you unique. We can’t wait to learn more about you and the story you want to tell through your senior portraits.

BEFORE YOU START - We recommend that you complete all of the long answers in a Word Document (or a Notes app) and then copy & paste the answers. Doing this on a computer will be easier, but you can use your phone or a tablet. Either method just make sure to complete this in an actual web browser and not your IG or social media browser.

At BH Photography CMTR, we believe your senior photos should capture who you are — not just what you look like. Our goal is to create images that reflect your personality, passions, and confidence. The CMTR Senior Team is a chance to go beyond the photoshoot — it’s about the experience, making new friends, creating amazing memories, and representing a brand that celebrates individuality and timeless memories.

The Process

After completing this application, you will receive an email with next steps by Thursday, March 26.

Being selected means you (and a parent or guardian) will be invited to a short Senior Team meeting, where we’ll walk through the full program details, answer questions, and help you decide if the CMTR Senior Team is the right fit for your senior year. These meetings will take place the weekend of March 27th, 28th, and 29th.

Please note: submitting an application does not automatically place you on the CMTR Senior Team. Final acceptance is completed after the required senior + parent/guardian meeting and the full application process.

Frequently Asked Questions

🎓 Does it cost anything to be on the Senior Team? No —there’s no additional cost to join the Senior Team!! If accepted, you’ll participate as a full senior client, meaning the senior experience session investment applies. In other words, you get all of the perks of the Senior Team for the same investment as a normal senior photography client when selecting the senior experience session.

🎓 When will I know if I’m selected? Notifications go out via email by Friday, April 3rd.

🎓 How long should my answers be? Take your time! Complete sentences and thoughtful responses help us get to know you better.

🎓 How many people are on the team? It varies each year. We keep the team small enough to create a close-knit group where everyone connects and feels valued but not also so small that you won’t meet any new friends.

🎓 What if I’m interested but have questions? Apply anyway! No worries. We’ll go over all the details and answer all your questions during your parent/senior meeting before anything is finalized.
