About Kelowna Fashion Week

KFW welcomes emerging, independent, and established designers from across Canada and beyond.
Who Should Apply
We encourage applications from:
Emerging designers
Independent and established designers
Sustainable, ethical, and experimental brands
Designers of all gender identities, sizes, backgrounds, and aesthetics
You do not need prior fashion week experience to apply.
Designer Requirements
Selected designers must:
• Present a minimum of 10 complete looks
• Pay the 100$ Non-Refundable application fee
Application Fee covers:
Jury review (not open-entry)
Administrative processing
Production planning
Designer credibility
• Participate in scheduled fittings, rehearsals, and show programming
Be available during Kelowna Fashion Week dates
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the event
What Designers Receive
Selected designers will receive:
Runway presentation at Kelowna Fashion Week 2026
Professional runway production, models, hair & makeup coordination
Backstage support and show coordination
Professional photography and videography
Media exposure and promotional features
Networking opportunities with industry professionals
Accepted designers will have 3 tiers to chose from to create their customized experience.
The tier prices will be 0$-3000$. You can chose to upgrade or NOT after your acceptance.
