Initially, you are submitting your application for our consideration. If you are accepted, we will contact you with further information.

For 2026, we are waiving the $50 table fee for IRS registered nonprofits, but we do require all festival participants to be current MAVWA members before applying. You can complete a membership application HERE.

You will be able to come back later and complete your application, but in order to click 'SAVE' or 'SUBMIT' at the bottom of the form, you must have entered something into each * required field.
