    The Salem Paper Arts Fair: First Impressions is a curated, independent fair dedicated to supporting local artists, craftsmens, authors, poets, and publishers. It is a celebration of works on paper and all things analog. We aim to make a permanent mark on the Salem Art, Literary, and Event scenes. 

    The Day Fair (11 am – 5 pm): A free, family-friendly public art fair featuring artists, booksellers, and specialty vendors, with music, book and poetry readings, kids activities, and food and drink concessions. A perfect opportunity for our community to support local artists and small businesses. 


    The Evening Ball (7 pm – 11 pm): After the sun sets, the space transitions into the romantasy-themed "Book Lovers Ball" - a ticketed evening of live music, dancing, and literary love where your booth remains open as the backdrop for an elegant, costumes-encouraged ball with catered noms and an open bar.  

    The Vendor Call: We are looking for vendors who exemplify the diversity of paper media and storytelling. Artists and authors of any paper medium or literary genre are encouraged to apply.
