Southern Oregon ONE-DOUBLES - 2026
A USTA League Team Confirmation & Agreement form is required for all USTA League teams. Captains need to complete the required information listed below and sign the form. Without a complete signed form the team will not be included in the match schedule.

DEADLINE to confirm your team: This completed form is due by 5 pm on July 3, 2026.

This is a One-Weekend League (OWL): Your league coordinator will work with the host facility to secure courts and create the league schedule. Captains do NOT need to schedule their own matches for an OWL.

League Season: July 31 - August 2 (OWL)

Location: Salem Swim & Tennis Club, Salem OR.

Format: One pair competes against one other pair of the same gender (no mixed doubles)

Minimum Number of Players*: 2 players must be registered on your team by July 10, but you may have more than 2 players on your team.

Schedule Published: in TennisLink by July 17

Sectionals: will be September 25-27 in Tacoma, WA

A team number will be sent to the Team Captain within 5 business days.
