MEN'S One-Weekend League
A USTA League Team Confirmation & Agreement form is required for all USTA League teams. Captains need to complete the required information listed below and sign the form. Without a complete signed form the team will not be included in the match schedule.

DEADLINE to confirm your team: This completed form is due by 5 pm on March 20, 2026.

This is a One-Weekend League (OWL): Your league coordinator will work with the host facility to secure courts and create the league schedule. Captains do NOT need to schedule their own matches for an OWL.

League Season: April 17-19 (OWL)

Location: Eugene Swim & Tennis Club, Eugene OR.

Minimum Number of Players*: must be registered on your team by March 27

*2.5 & 5.0 teams need minimum of 5 players; all other levels need 7

Schedule Published: in TennisLink by April 3

Sectionals: will be August 21-23 in the Greater Portland Area

A team number will be sent to the Team Captain within 5 business days.
