Being a Senior Rep for Kamryn Nichols Photography means you have the opportunity to be an ambassador for Kamryn Nichols Seniors throughout your ENTIRE Senior year! Beyond all the fun shoots, Senior Reps receive SO MANY perks including:
- Meet & Greet Party to kick off your Senior year
- HUNDREDS of DIGITAL IMAGES to share online with your friends and family (they're all included! no additional fees for this!)
- Participation in 5 group styled shoots: Headshots, Destination, Holiday, Team-Pick, and Cap & Gown that take place throughout the year (at least one per season).
- Themed pop-up mini shoots throughout the year (Ex: Christmas, Sunflowers, Pumpkin Patch, Galentine's, etc...we literally do so many extra shoots!)
- Your personal, one-on-one 2 hour Senior Experience session with pro hair and makeup (this alone is worth $1700+)

I am so excited to kick start this new team and cannot wait to work with an amazing group of 2027 Seniors! Before applying, please read the following.
Chosen Senior Reps are required to:
- Be a high school Senior graduating in 2027
- Live in or around Louisville, KY
- Attend a meet & greet event on JUNE 6, 2026
- Use Kamryn Nichols only as their sole photographer during their Senior year (school-appointed photographers for yearbook / extracurriculars are fine)
- Post on social media at least 3+ times a month with your Kamryn Nichols Photography images
- Book your Senior Rep retainer fee ($300) with Kamryn upon acceptance of the program. The total cost of the program is the same as a Senior session fee - just $1,200 split into 4 payments. (In total, this program is well worth over $5,000 for everything that's included! That's what makes this program so unique and WORTH IT) Remaining 3 payments are due April 1st, May 1st, and June 1st!! This is the only payment or fee ever associated with the Senior Rep program and covers all costs of being in the program including your personal 2 hour Senior session, hair and makeup, and Senior Keepsake Album (these Senior sessions are worth $1,700 on their own!)
- Be kind and respectful to all team members and Kamryn at all times
- Be in good standing with their school + community
- Have an appropriate presence on all of their social media accounts at all times while they are representing the KNP brand (ex: no inappropriate language, photos, comments, no bullying, etc. If you wouldn't want your grandma to see it, DO NOT post it!)
- Participate in team shoots and events to the best of their ability
- Notify parents of their application! Your parent must fill out the parent section of this application and they will be contacted first if you are chosen as a Senior Rep, so please be sure they are aware that you are applying and that they understand the requirements!
Applications close January 16th! Team members will be announced on February 6th with a special surprise! ;)
