A USTA League Team Confirmation & Agreement form is required for all USTA League teams. Captains need to complete the required information listed below and sign the form. Without a complete signed form the team will not be included in the match schedule.
DEADLINE to confirm your team by submitting your completed form is March 13, 2026.
Please do not apply for a Team Number unless you are confident you can recruit the minimum number of players committed to playing on your team. If you need help finding more players, contact your your club's Tennis Director and your League Coordinator at ajordan@pnw.usta.com.
Must have facilty approval. As this is a multi-week league (and the captains will be scheduling the matches) you must alert your club that you will need courts for home matches.
IMPORTANT DATES
- March 20: teams must have minimum (6) required players rostered
- March 20-27: Captains schedule matches (this can extend to league start date if necessary)
- February 27: Schedule Published in Tennislink
- April 10 - July 19: League Season
- October 2-5: Sectionals - Beaverton, OR
A team number will be sent to the Team Captain within 5 business days.
