Fill out the following application for the Market at Hanley Farm. Be sure to read the entirety of this form before submitting. If your application is approved, you will receive an invoice within 2 days and payment is due upon receipt. Detailed description of all items being sold. Include any special needs that you have. Food trucks/trailers: include size (length) of truck or trailer. Include the size of your RV if you are requesting RV Parking. There is no electric supplied, & RV camping is self contained. Send images of items being sold to Debi at dmarieboutique@live.com. *

Choose spaces being reserved for 2 days*

Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and will be assigned by The Makers Market. If you have any special needs for your space, please include them with your description of items sold. Please note that we cannot provide power to any display spaces. Should that be a factor in participation please let us know. (There are only 2 or 3 spaces with electric.) Please note that all Food Trucks must be self contained with generators. RV parking will be "dry camping" conditions. There are no hookups provided. Following your submission, you will be contacted to confirm your application acceptance and to provide a credit/debit card for payment of the vendor fees through Square. You will also, at that time, receive the terms and conditions and vendor rules and instructions. Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders within 2 days of your application. Payment is due upon receipt with a 1 week window. Any non-payments within that time frame will be discarded unless arrangements have been made with a Makers Market Admin.
