Evergreen Zine Fest 2026 - Vendor Application

Thank you so much for your interest in vending/tabling at Evergreen Zine Fest at Bayside Cafe (Everett, WA) on Saturday April 25, 2026.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY:
• Anyone in the PNW making zines, comics, or self-publishing should apply. You don't need to be IN or FROM Everett to apply!
• All first time & experienced vendors are welcome!
• You DO NOT need to attend Evergreen Zine Union meet ups to quality - but you're welcome to come hang out!
• The event will be "masking strongly encouraged" and I will have N95 masks available for vendors and attendees for free to further 'encourage' masking.

TIMING:
• Load in: 10-11 AM • Load out: 5-6 PM

- I am not currently considering 1/2 day slots, but if you need this accomodation, please reach out to me directly (evergreenzineunion@gmail.com) and it's something we can consider.

TABLE COST:
- Half table (approx. 4x3 ft, 1 chair) -- $15
- full table (approx. 8x3 ft, 2 chairs) -- $30

18+ MATERIAL: This is an all ages event. Please label anything 18+, and use good judgment. (An "18+" on the zine cover, or a bookmark tucked in showing "18+" or whatever your preferred language is, is sufficient. I am NOT trying to censor anyone)

For anyone who doesn't know, the pyramid in the image below is Rucker Monument, aka Rucker Tomb, at the Evergreen Cemetery here in Everett. A suspicious and totally unnecessary pyramid is catnip to me, so I designed this to promo the fest and honor a local landmark. A very cool official poster is coming soon!
