We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking and secure your date within 48 hours of invoice.
The remaining balance, along with a refundable damage fee ($50), is due at set up.
We ask for a minimum of 7 days notice for all bookings. Any booking with less than a week's notice must be paid in full upfront.
Damage fee is returned at the end of the event when everything is checked in safely.
No refunds but in case of emergencies the deposit can be transferred to a different date.
Rental is for a minimum of 18 hours. Set up and break down times will be arranged ahead of time.
Travel fees may apply to any locations more than 20 miles away. Fees will be discussed ahead of time.
