186 Cricket Academy — Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
186 Cricket Academy (“the Academy”) provides structured cricket development programs designed to elevate youth athletes through high‑performance training, wellness education, and character development.
2. Registration & Eligibility
Athletes must complete all registration forms and provide accurate personal information.
The Academy reserves the right to accept or decline registrations based on capacity, readiness, or program fit.
3. Code of Conduct
Athletes
Demonstrate respect toward coaches, teammates, opponents, and facilities.
Arrive on time, prepared, and in proper Academy gear.
Follow all safety instructions and training guidelines.
Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the values of 186HP: discipline, effort, pride, and legacy.
Parents/Guardians
Support a positive sporting environment.
Refrain from coaching from the sidelines.
Communicate respectfully with staff and follow Academy protocols.
4. Attendance & Commitment
Consistent attendance is expected for athlete development.
Parents must notify the Academy of absences in advance when possible.
Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
5. Safety & Medical
Parents must disclose all relevant medical conditions.
The Academy may request medical clearance when necessary.
In case of injury, coaches may remove an athlete from activity for safety reasons.
Emergency medical care may be sought if required; parents will be notified immediately.
6. Equipment & Uniform
Athletes must wear approved Academy gear during sessions.
Personal equipment must be safe, well-maintained, and appropriate for cricket.
The Academy is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
7. Fees & Payments
Program fees must be paid in full to secure your place in the Academy.
Fees are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation by the Academy.
8. Behavioural Violations
The Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove any athlete whose behaviour:
Endangers others
Disrupts training
Violates Academy values
Damages facilities or equipment
No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.
9. Liability
Participation in sports carries inherent risks.
The Academy is not liable for injuries resulting from normal athletic activity.
Parents/guardians accept responsibility for ensuring their child’s physical readiness.
10. Program Adjustments
The Academy may modify schedules, locations, or coaching assignments as needed.
Notice will be provided whenever possible.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for 186HP Cricket Academy, parents/guardians and athletes acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
