Terms and Conditions - Please read thoroughly*

$90.00 annual registration/insurance fee is due prior to commencement of any classes. Students will not be able to take the floor until this fee is paid. This will be strictly adhered to.Fees above reflect cost per term (10 weeks in line with the school term). Term fees must be paid in full on or before the end of week 7 of each school term. If for any reason a student misses a class, fees are not refundable. Due to the training times and allocation of competition teams, makeup classes may not be possible. Any concerns with payment of term fees, or other options please discuss with Intensity directors prior to the term beginning.All students are to wear appropriate aerobic wear to classes including suitable aerobic footwear. Bare feet will not be accepted for Aerobics classes. Acrobatics is an exception. All hair must be tied back off the face. We reserve the right to exclude any athlete from class if these rules are not adhered to.Intensity Aerobics and Fitness staff/coaches cannot take any responsibility for any injuries sustained by anyone (parents/guardians, siblings & students), that are not enrolled in and actively participating in a supervised, scheduled class.
Competition athletes ONLY

I agree to attend a parent / athlete induction meeting (during Term 1)I understand an athlete membership fee is charged by Gymnastics Australia for my child to compete through the 2026 year and understand there are transaction fees which we much add to cover the cost of each athlete. (Please see below a table of fees)I understand if my child is in a team, they will be required to compete with their teammates at a variety of competitions throughout the year. If my child cannot attend I will let the coaches know as soon as possible.I understand competition fees are involved in every competition my child attends.
GA Competitive Athlete Membership Fee. This is a fee charged directly to us by Gymnastics Australia. Please see the attached table for a breakdown of the fee that GA has provided.*
