  - Included: Optional "We Make Marines" Banner
  Available Add-Ons for additional cost (Not available for "The NIC" Tier:
  - Optional Add-on: Ability to add up to 2 additional full color logos or UV Printed photos to the plaque (Printed onto wood placards at a size that fits the plaque)
  - Optional Add-on: Change to a different banner instead of "We Make Marines" Banner

"We Make Marines" Banner (+$45)

Each hat plaque is handcrafted through a detailed, multi-stage process — precision laser cutting, UV printing, custom painting, epoxy application, and final assembly — all coordinated in batches to ensure consistency and quality.

Because of this, a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required for all standard orders.
Orders requested with less notice are considered rush orders and are subject to additional fees based on turnaround time and scheduling impact.

Approval depends on current workload, printer and laser availability, curing capacity, and existing fire department and family commitments.
