This contract outlines the terms for temporary, short-term ("drop-in") childcare services provided by God's Blessings Childcare.

Hourly Rate: $25 per hour, per child

Minimum Booking: 2 hours per visit

Maximum Time Allowed: 6 hours per day

Payment Due: At drop-off (cash, card, or payment app accepted)

Late Pickup Fee: $1 per minute after 6-hour maximum unless previously arranged

No-Show Policy: 50% of scheduled time will be charged for cancellations without 24-hour notice

Payment is due at drop-off. A deposit is required to hold your child's spot. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Failure to submit payment at drop-off may result in denial of care.

Temperatures will be checked at drop-off. Children showing signs of illness (including but not limited to fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious symptoms) will not be accepted for care. If a child becomes ill while in care, the Parent/Guardian must arrange immediate pick-up.

Late Pick-up Policy

Children must be picked up by their designated pick-up time. A late payment fee will be added if pick-up occurs after the scheduled time. Late fees must be paid immediately upon pick-up.

Monday-Satuarday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

By signing below, I agree to the following:

I understand this is temporary childcare and is based on availability.

I will pay $25 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum and 6-hour maximum.

I will provide all necessary items for my child, including diapers, change of clothes, and snacks/meals unless otherwise discussed.

I understand that my child will participate in age-appropriate, Christian-based activities during their time at the center.
