BossFit Ambassador Registration

I understand that my BossFit Ambassador/BossFit Coach discount code is for NEW CUSTOMERS only and must not be used for existing BossFit customers, renewals or by myself.

I agree not to post my own discount code OR link on another amBOSSadors or coaches content/social media. I understand that breaching this rule will result in a warning. I understand if I do it for a second time, it will result in being terminated from the amBOSSadorship.

I understand that if I don't have an active customer account on the BossFitAmy app (paid account) I cannot receive any amBOSSadorship prizes or commission

I understand that as a BossFit Ambassador/BossFit Coach, I will have access to confidential information, including commission structures, bonuses, tiers, leaderboards, internal chat, training materials, systems and early access launches. I agree to keep this information private.

I agree not to copy, reuse, distribute or adapt any BossFit training materials. scripts, systems or frameworks for use outside of the BossFit Ambassador programme, during or after my time as an ambassador.

I agree that while I am an active BossFit ambassador/BossFit Coach, I will not promote, advertise or work with any competing fitness, calorie-tracking or similar apps.

I agree to represent BossFit professionally and not engage in public or private bad-mouthing, negative commentary or behaviour intended to damage the reputation of BossFit, it's ambassadors or it's leadership.

I agree not to screenshot, record, copy or share any confidential information, including other ambassador/s earnings, ranking, internal chats or training materials, either publicly or privately.

I agree not to impersonate BossFit, represent myself as an employee or owner, or create accounts, pages, or materials that appear to be official BossFit channels without written permission

I understand that BossFit internal communities (including Skool, Whatsapp and app-based groups) are private spaces and I agree not to share content, messages or discussions from these communities outside of the programme.

I understand that leaderboards, rankings and performance data maybe visible internally during competitions and I agree not to share or disclose this information outside of BossFit.

I grant BossFit permission to repost, reuse and share content I create in connection with the BossFit Ambassador/BossFit Coach programme for marketing and promotional purposes

I understand that earnings are not guranteed and that any income is based on personal effort, consistency and performance

I understand that if I leave the BossFit Ambassador/BossFit Coach Programme, I am not permitted to retain, reuse or share any BossFit training materials, systems or confidential information.

I understand that breaches or confidentiality or conduct may result in a warning or removal from the BossFit Ambassador/BossFit Coach Programme, depending on the severity of the breach.

I acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding and applies to both UK and international ambassadors.

I understand that BossFit reserves the right to remove ambassadors/coaches from the programme as its discretion if behaviour, conduct or alignment no longer fits the values of the brand

I understand that this agreement represents the full understanding between myself and BossFit and replaces any previous discussions or informal agreements

I understand that I am responsible for declaring and handling my own taxes or earnings in accordance with the laws of my country

I understand that BossFit may update ambassador terms, competitions or structures as the programme evolves and continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms

I understand that progression to a BossFit coach role is invitation-only and not guranteed.

I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the BossFit Ambassador/BossFit Coach Compensation plan

I confirm that I understand how the BossFit Ambassador/BossFit Coach commission structure works, including active customer requirements, tier movement and commission forfeiture conditions
