Appointment & Shop Policies• A $100 deposit is required to secure all appointments.• Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE under all circumstances.• Appointments may only be rescheduled if I am notified at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, the deposit will roll over to the rescheduled appointment.• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in immediate loss of deposit and future booking privileges will be revoked.• Emergencies may be considered at my sole discretion.• The shop is CASH ONLY at this time.• Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you anticipate being late, you must call the shop prior to your appointment.• Arrivals 15 minutes late without notice will result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
