    Thank you for your interest in participating in our Galleria Tyler Mall Market!

    Our market is held every 3rd weekend of the month.
    If we host additional dates outside of the 3rd weekend, those dates will be clearly listed below.

    The following items are already booked and not available at this location:

    Please note:
    Vendors may offer a maximum of three (3) product categories per booth.

  • 📆 EVENT HOURS
    Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
    Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    White canopy tops only are permitted to maintain a clean, professional, and cohesive look.

  • 🛠 VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
    Vendors must provide their own:

    Tables
    Chairs
    White Canopy
    Table coverings
    Lights & generator 

    Additional requirements:

    All displays must remain under 60 inches in height
    Every item must have a visible price tag
    Extra inventory must be stored under tables, not in walkways
    Booths must be clean, organized, and professional
    👉 Mall management is strict about visual presentation


  • ⭐ GENERAL POLICIES
    NO REFUNDS • NO DATE EXCHANGES
    All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
    Date changes or switching to another market are not permitted.

    Mall Authority Has Final Say:

    Mall management controls all activity on property. If a vendor is restricted or removed by mall management for any reason, FTPE cannot override their decision.
    👉 In these cases, only the booth fee for that specific date hours left will be refunded. No additional compensation will be provided.

    Weather Policy
    If there is a 30% or greater chance of rain or extreme heat, the mall may reschedule the event. Vendors will be moved to the new date.
    👉 No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations.
    Trash & Cleanliness

    Vendors must fully clean their space
    ❌ Leaving trash behind or stuffing mall trash bins will result in a $65 cleaning fee.

    Full Event Commitment Required
    Vendors must remain for the entire duration of the market. Leaving early without approval may affect future participation.

  • 🔒 PROPERTY & LIABILITY
    Vendors are fully responsible for their property at all times, including:

    Theft
    Damage
    Weather-related loss
    Accidents
    By participating, vendors agree to hold FTPE and mall management harmless from:

    Lost sales or profits
    Reputation damage
    Travel or lodging costs
    Theft or property damage
    Removal or restrictions by the mall
    Any circumstances beyond FTPE’s control
    Vendors are financially responsible for any damage caused to mall property.

  • 💳 PAYMENTS & DEADLINES
    All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
    Missing more than one payment will result in forfeiture of the space without refund
    you 3 days to pay your space fee after that your slot will be open for new vendors. 

  • 🛍 MERCHANDISE REQUIREMENTS
    A complete item list must be submitted and approved before participation
    Restricted or prohibited items include (but are not limited to):

    Duplicate mall tenant items
    Alcohol
    CBD / THC products
    Weapons
    Counterfeit goods
    Unsafe or illegal items
    Any new items added later must receive prior approval
    Selling unapproved items may result in immediate removal without refund

  • 🚨 EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
    Contact FTPE via Instagram or email for urgent matters
    Vendors must maintain their own booth safety plan
    Any incidents must be reported immediately
